What are you going to do?

As an employee of our Customer Contact Center (CCC), you and your colleagues are responsible for providing excellent service by answering questions that come in via e-mail and our social media channels. Thanks to your flexibility and enthusiasm, you feel completely at home in this dynamic environment, where you handle questions that deserve a quick and accurate answer. These questions come from viewers, members and telegram database users list subscribers and can be about our programs, events or subscriptions. With your knowledge, patience and sharp insight, you can answer the questions independently or refer them to the right department where necessary. Sometimes you have to make outbound calls. For example, you call to retain someone as a member or subscriber or in response to events or promotions.
