The investigation identified the subjects who had acquired and established 185 new companies to illegally issue invoices to many organizations and individuals across the country. Among them, invoices were issued to 2,667 organizations and individuals registered with business addresses in Ho Chi Minh City.
In order to promptly detect crimes and violations of the law for handling in accordance with legal regulations, the Investigation Police Agency of Nghi Son Town Police requested the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department to direct units assigned to manage taxes for the above 2,667 units to work with these units to clarify the origin of VAT invoices issued by the above 2,667 companies to these units.
If violations are detected, the unit assigned to manage taxes for the above 2,667 units is requested to take measures to handle violations according to its authority.
If there are signs of crime, transfer the case file and documents to the Nghi Son Town Police
Investigation Agency for handling according to regulations.

In case there is no purchase or sale with 66 enterprises, the enterprises need to coordinate in writing, in which they make specific commitments and take responsibility before the law for not having any transactions to buy and sell goods or use invoices.
