LLYC partners with Hitsbook, a platform specializing in UGC, to “boost customer sales through digital campaigns”

As part of its development plan and with the aim of generating more and more value for its clients’ businesses, the global consulting firm Llorente y Cuenca ( LLYC ) has announc its alliance with Hitsbook , an entity specializ in the creation, support and automat management of campaigns and communities bas on user-generat content ( UGC ).

The agreement comes in a context in which, according to a study by Nielsen, 92% of consumers trust someone else’s recommendation before trusting content generat by the brand itself. With this premise, Hitsbook’s services “seek to boost the sales of major brands and the growth of their communities, integrating UGC into their digital strategies, through proprietary technology.”
