About the job
In the role of Online Marketeer you will be responsible
for the entire online marketing of Friendly Fire. You will ensure that concerts and events are promoted via the right channels and that the right target groups are reached effectively. You will do this by:
Setting up, managing and optimizing digital (paid) campaigns, from social media to email marketing.
Collaborate with the Head of Marketing on a long-term strategy focused on Friendly Fire’s festivals, shows and social channels.
Optimizing the customer experience through well-thought-out marketing campaigns and leveraging data-driven insights.
Proactively collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for creative and results-oriented marketing plans.
Define new opportunities in lead generation and sales and adapt strategies accordingly.
This is who you are
Experience & Knowledge: Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with demonstrable skills in budget management, Growth Hacking, A/B testing and tools such as Meta and Google Analytics, Agorapulse, Teams, Spotler and Crafture.
Analytical skills: You know how to convert data into action and can effortlessly handle terms such as CTR, Onsale, Creatives, Dark Ads and ROAS.
Customer Focus: You understand the online whatsapp data customer journey of concertgoers and see the power of data for marketing.
Team spirit & Initiative: You feel at home in a small, close-knit team, take proactive initiative and are able to share your insights and experience with others.
Flexibility: This position involves occasional evening or weekend work at concerts and events.
